Warranty Procedure

Before a warranty claim can be processed, it must be clarified by the technical department of the importer in the Netherlands. Only when you receive a warranty claim number will your warranty request be processed.

Once you have the warranty claim number, make sure all your correspondence includes this number.

To make a valid warranty claim, the following points are crucial:

  • Send the defective and replaced parts to the importer AICHI Sales Office or to your service partner.
  • Take as many pictures as possible to support your warranty claim.
  • Keep track of your work and travel times, including departure and arrival locations.
  • Hiring a third party (e.g., your local blacksmith) is only permissible if allowed by the importer in the Netherlands.

We will then kickstart the warranty process for you.

A submitted warranty claim must be assessed in the technical department of Aichi Corp. in Japan.

So, a warranty number does not guarantee that your warranty claim will be approved.
